PROBLEM STATEMENT:
"Midnights" are daily chores that the brothers of Zeta Beta Tau fraternity are assigned in order to keep the house clean. They include Kitchens, Pots, Dishes, Dinings, Commons, Bathrooms, and Waitings. Brothers earn points after completing midnights, which factor into an algorithm that determines their future midnights. The algorithm will assign Midnights more frequently to brothers with less points. The lack of an open market for trading Midnights creates significant dead weight loss.
