1. Trace development of the site from May 25th meeting through usability testing in July up to final version.
- horizontal navbar with vertical sub-navbar -> now vertical navbar with more succinct definitions on home page
2. Discuss possible expansion of 'Video & Multimedia' section to encompass applications that synchronize audio with slides and graphics.
- is multimedia still a term that is used? Rich Media Capture is what AMPS uses for audio/video to slide sync.
- Kill multimedia so it just says "Video"
3. Discuss TWT site-wide modifications.
a. Glossary, 'Getting Started', A-Z, etc.
- is the glossary needed? do we keep it or remove it?
b. Role of DCAD, workflow

- Getting Started page - keep it or remove it?
- this was created originally for faculty - should it just be renamed ("for new faculty")?
- info in getting started could be ported over and merged with Help, Support and Training page and then Getting Started page could be removed.
- Resources page - get rid of Merlot on this page - remove Teaching with Tech brochure
- Privacy and Copyright page - change DMCA header to "Copyright at MIT" and a summary of what they will find at the page.
- a number of orgs at MIT assist with copyright issues. for an up to date portal on these groups and resources go to http://web.mit.edu/copyright
- change this page to:
- one copyright header - shape summary a bit to gear towards copyright and video
videohelp@mit.edu - set it to go to Kris, Elaine and Steve
Get the site up
- Get it up and rolling and then victory celebration
- talk in Accord meeting about launch (Sept?)
How to publicize?
- new faculty orientation
- Lib has a postcard template that could be used
