Generally, this note field is labeled as "Intellectual Property Rights," however, an additional note labeled "Conditions Governing Use" may be used when materials in non-text format and it constitutes the entire collection.
In cases where there are restrictions on reproduction placed by the donor, use a statement at the collection level description that specifically describes restrictions on reproduction. Additional notes may be placed at the series, folder, or item level.
