You can bring the machine to our walk-ins clinic, where we can take a look at it and make an initial assessment and suggest a likely solution path for you. Based on your description we'd likely want to take the machine in for more in-depth diagnostics. This work would be for free until we determined what the problem was. If we find that work needs to be done, and it's covered by warranty, we can perform that warranty work at no charge. If we find work that needs to be done and that work is not covered by warranty, we would offer you an estimate before working. Either way, we will be in touch with you after diagnostics to discuss next steps.
