To encourage ongoing engagement, the Collaboratorium community seeks to post a succession of challenges that evolve over time.
The community itself will decide which mid- and long-term challenges to select and the schedule on which they will occur.
A key next step for the community is to develop a robust process for members to propose, comment on, and select future challenges and schedule.
Some areas have already been identified by community members as being of interest for future challenges. These include:
- plans involving future technology mix,
- plans involving carbon pricing mechanisms,
- plans for regions and sectors
For example, a plan for the United States to combat climate change, or a plan for reducing emissions from the transportation sector.
