Agenda

  • Issue Management & Reporting - New guidelines for reporting on client issues, outages, events etc.
    • err on the side of over-reporting among ourselves about what is happening, including outages, new client initiatives, etc. 
  • Jerry Grochow's "General IS&T Statistics" powerpoint for Terry Stone, due later today.
    • managers will update some elevator conversation metrics, with descriptive text, data definitions and sources, via email to Rob to add to the powerpoint.  David can edit the list down again for the presentation to Terry.
  • Dell Asset data -- shall we collect it? 
    • (yes).
