Agenda

• CSS All-Hands presentation overview (15 minutes)
  • would prefer some slides to have numbers indicating "scale" of work -- send updates to Wilson.  ITSS, DCAD, ATIC,
  • was there a best-in-class slide?  DITR's is good, as broken out by service
  • Helpdesk's slide -- what is the volume?  how many calls or tickets? 
  • How much work (lots) against how many people (few) is the overarching theme.  "We are at or above capacity.."
  • Everyone -- send updates in single page formats as before.  Then Rob will send the shared version around.
  • Rob will make the colors and type sizes and all consistent.  Then send around for all to have.
