In assembling the metrics table for the quarterly report, the latest spreadsheet below is the basis for the next report. 

Measures can be added or subtracted as needed within the spreadsheet.  Sections of metrics are then copied and Paste-Special as Bitmap into the Word report template.  The latest technique is to intersperse sections of metrics with a few sentences of text about them.  By not being monolithic in the presentation, we can grow or more likely shrink the section on a topic-by-topic basis. 

Individual teams have metrics tables modelled on this worksheet, in their respective Metrics Framework pages in the Metrics Clearinghouse on the wiki.  In Q3 and beyond, we'd update the team tables and then merge them into this QR-oriented worksheet.  (In Q2, we did the opposite, building the team tables from the QR original; but that was then.)
