Here's how to create an MIT Touchstone Collaboration Account for use with MIT Wikis.
First, click the Log In link from any wiki page:
Follow the Go to Touchstone link:
Follow the link (under option b) to create a Collaboration Account:
If you have a MIT Wikis account, and if that account was created prior to Jan 31, 2009, be sure to create your Touchstone Collaboration Account using the same email address previously used to log into MIT Wikis. Otherwise, in creating your new account, use whatever email address works best for you. You will receive a confirmation email at that address containing instructions on how to activate your new account. Once you have done so, you can use use your new Touchstone Collaboration Account to log into MIT Wikis. Note that once your Touchstone Collaboration account has been activated, you still need to log in to MIT Wikis in order to activate your MIT Wikis account. IMPORTANT: If you have established your Touchstone and MIT Wikis accounts for the purpose of accessing a restricted space, let the person in charge of that space know that you have established your MIT Wikis account so that they can grant you access to the space(s) in question.
