        • this seems to have value in particular for Marilyn
        • this is information sharing
        • should all of sr staff attend?
        • provide project status (similar to sponsor updates)
        • every PM would answer same questions
        • should all PMs be present for the whole thing?
        • limit projects reviewed?
      • monthly learning forum
        • change brown bag format to be less top down
        • open to any and all staff
        • need to develop topics based on what staff are interested in
      • monthly help forum
        • needs to be timely
        • possibly like a "project pipeline"
        • focus on specific projects
        • what is PMBAs role in this?
        • ideally all PMs participate
        • this is the place that PMs talk about issue and help each other
        • stable of experts you can consult at any time (coaches/mentors)
        • focus on leading projects and improving delivery
    • community of practice
      • revisit charter for PMBA by early October
      • is focus traditional PM or accidental PM or both? don't want to water it down to much
      • could this group evolve into something more?
    • how do we offer incentives to staff for executing correctly?
    • do we have the skill sets to comprise that "stable of experts"?
    • dedicated PM resource
      • needs to be some one who is doing the work
      • do not want to recreate something that we tried before
      • does this feel to much like a PMO?
