- cancel November project reviews
- draft 10-15 questions that when answered, ensure improved project execution
- send draft to senior staff for consideration
- senior staff will develop the final list of questions and universal principles of what IS&T projects need to do to deliver and implement
- we are not sure what the biggest issue is yet - senior staff needs to assess
- opportunities for learning and support
- senior staff liked the idea of getting peer help for project managers
- expansion of PMBA
- would like to see the consultations and learning forum collapsed into one effort
- this is an experiment and we will see what we learn
