Portfolio Roles Discussion

  1. Anonymous users: unauthenticated, currently no access
    1. eventually it would be business view only (service catalog)
  2. Authenticated users: view only
  3. Portfolio Administrator: superpowers - change permissions, users, content, blocks, content types and taxonomy, themes, software updates, revisioning
  4. Portfolio Manager: edit, add and update all content, revisioning, create users and edit user accounts
  5. Coordinator: add, edit and delete content up to offering level
  6. IT Support: update content in the process of discovery - view, post, edit comments, see dashboards and access, view and edit content

Need to turn on for Administrators and Managers

Approvals

Currently no approval roles for prototype, publish directly according to your role

Comments

Turn on for CIs and assets

Need to have a digest of comments that Coordinators, Managers and Administrators can review and respond to (like Hermes)

Touchstone

Will need to decide whether to enable CAMS or not
