Sources of materials

  2. Gifts received by MonoAcq
  3. SERMs
  4. Problems/recat from divisional libraries
  5. Gov. Docs.

New materials are shelved on the left side of the left-hand shelf in the maps area, in the space marked “New materials/unsearched.” Once they are searched (by Linda), they are separated into those with copy (on the back shelf) and without copy (on the right side of the left hand-shelf). Macee catalogs the ones with copy and Linda catalogs the ones without copy.
