Post-editing processing guidelines

Upon completion of the whole cataloging process, including the Next Day Work, a number of steps can be taken:

  1. If item and or its accompanied material do not need any bindery processing work, send item directly to the designated branch library. Attach a filled routing slip with the item and put it on the campus-mail-pick-up book truck.
  2. If item and or its accompanied material do need some kind of bindery processing work, like repair, attach a Bindery process slip specifying what needs to be done by the Bindery staff. Also insert a routing slip instructing Bindery to send the item to which branch library.
