Bargaining Survey Suggestions

  • Clearly defined job descriptions and expectations for all grad workers, and the ability to arbitrate violations of these policies.
  • Streamline and make more transparent the process of finding a RAship or TAship (e.g. central job board posting).
  • Access to the equipment we need to do our jobs (e.g. laptops, functional equipment)
  • Protection against unilateral changes by MIT to policies, procedures or rules that affect our work
