Competition Schedule:  Sat, 11/3


8:00am   Arrive at MIT campus, room 26-152 (see http://whereis.mit.edu/?q=26-152), to register and get network access

  • Bring your student ID for registration – if we can't confirm you're a student, you won't be able to play.
  • Wired and wireless network access will be provided by MIT; non-MIT students can register for visitor access; however, beware that this process may take ~30min given the number of players we have.

9:00am   MIT/LL CTF 2012 officially open.  

  • First round of challenges distributed (additional challenges will be distributed throughout the competition).

12:00pm – 1:00pm  Lunch on your own time.  Competition continues. 

6:00pm – 7:00pm  Dinner (provided).  

  • Team and Grader VMs will be paused during this period.  
  • Use this opportunity to learn a little about the cool work happening at Lincoln – we'll have several speakers with short talks/demos during this hour.

9:00pm – Day over - graders stopped.  Go home and sleep.

  • You can pause your VM until next day if you'd like.

7:00pm  MIT/LL CTF 2012 officially over!

7:00pm-8:00pm  Dinner (provided).

  • Top 10 teams prepare a short (5min) talk on their strategy/approach.

8:00pm-9:00pm  Award ceremony.

  • Top 10 teams present their talks (ignite-style)
  • Prizes are given out.
  • General post-mortem discussion.
