This page describes the process for getting a supervisor admin registered and correctly associated with the supervisor so that they can perform operations on that supervisor's behalf.

  1. Ask the supervisor admin to register by going to this URL: https://nanolms.mit.edu/mumms/registration.html
  2. Once the supervisor admin is registered and confirmed, log into MUMMS to associate the supervisor admin with the supervisor:
    1. Search for the supervisor using the user search feature.
    2. From the user information page, choose "Manage Administrators."
    3. Locate the supervisor admin in the list of available persons. If the supervisor admin is not in the same department as the supervisor you may need to change the filter to find the supervisor admin. (Note: This will automatically give the supervisor admin the "Supervsior Admin Staff" role.)
    4. Click the "Add Button."
