HR Banner

  • The Option 3 HR Banner is our preferred choice with the following modifications:
    • Search Option radio button. Need to remove.
    • Side note on functionality- the search function will search all of NEO; the results page will have additional search options, including searching all of HR and all of MIT.

Wide Screen

  • Please insure the page displays without horizontal scrollbars on a 1024x768 monitor.

MIT Branding

  • MIT Logo. Still on the small size. Need to make it larger.

Dome/Random Photos.

  • Please go with the single Dome photo on the main page, with no additional people graphic (dynamic or static).

Background Color Issues

  • Highlighted choices. Selected choices do not display well on monitors due to poor contrast or lack of bolder colors. This refers to the main navigation buttons and to the buttons in the Community bubble.
  • "See the Sites" content. On the level 2/3 pages with content directing users out of NEO, there is a grey box. This doesn't show up on all monitors; need to improve the contrast.

Contact HR

  • Please remove the "Contact HR" link on the left.
  • Need to add "Contact HR" to lower level pages only.
  • Side note on functionality- clicking will open up a page with various who to contact options.

Community Bubble

  • The "Next" button is ambiguous. Maybe the two links could curve around the bottom of the bubble, and say something catchy:
    • Show Me Another One |
    • Show Me All of Them
    • Bubble Me |
    • More Bubbles
    • See More Fun | See More Jargon | See More News
      etc.
  • Please work with Kath on wording and spacing requirements.

Your Benefits- Multimedia link treatment

  • Need to simplify- it's too busy.
    • Remove some graphics elements
    • May not need "Your Benefits" near the icon for the multimedia presentation.
  • Need a "Get Flash Here" link, and a notification that this site needs Flash to properly display.

Rollover Navigation Functionality

  • Please disable the rollover dropdown for a main menu choice (Your MIT/Checklists/Benefits) if the user is already displaying that page. The dropdowns should remain for the other choices.

  • No labels
