1. I thought the teritiary checklist pages were to have checkboxes or some other graphic for each item.
*7/22/08- checkboxes appeared. May be due to a IE caching problem.*
2. Also, weren't links to external sites supposed to open in a new window?
3. Usability thought. Some users may not know to click on the secondary pages (i.e., they might feel they have to go to the tertiary pages displayed on the drop down menu list.) Note that a user could miss the Multimedia overview because they never visit the Benefits main page.
4. Content question; before your arrive dhecklist- I wonder if the computer provisioning could be emphasized more. No benefits enrolling can be done without a MIT certificate installed, and it could take 24 hours or longer to do this.
