Easiest Method
Go to MIT CopyTech website where it says thesis printing, upload the pdf of your thesis, pick it up when they are ready. As of 2013 a set of PhD thesis costs about $50.
Cheapest Method
The cheaper method is to purchase watermarked bond paper, either from MIT CopyTech or from any office supply company you prefer, and print out the thesis yourself. You can print blank and white easily for free on campus. Athena cluster typically has a color printer that you can print for free too that they don't like to advertise. It is currently located in the Athena cluster on 6th floor of student center as of 2016.
