Purpose and Scope

This document controls the taking of checkout photos for Rocket Team projects

The Short Version

  1. Take a photo clearly showing all relevant aspects of the assembly. Multiple photos may be necessary
  2. Name the photos a descriptive title (i.e. 'Pyxida Battery Connection')
  3. Upload the photo to folder in 'Hermes 2 Media/Hermes 2 Checkout Photos' which is titled the same as the assembly. If this folder does not exist, create it.
  4. Sign the procedure when the photos are uploaded
