- How does the Help Desk Portal page work? Where do the categories come from?
- The drop down list is a list of help topics... click on one and it populates the bottom of the screen with help desk (one specific area) content (for example, clicking "Athena" populates the page with Athena Help Desk information / hours / etc)
- Fill out form and submit a request directly into Request Tracker
- Can also search Stock Answers via callout on side of page
- Searching Stock Answers will be done via Google (as it is done now, Google searches ITInfo)
- Do we need to restrict this search further to just Stock Answer pages?
