Key benefits:
Fixed pricing for international data roaming
Ability to add/subtract international data roaming plan
Unlocked for GSM SIM Cards (Sprint). Can be unlocked for Verizon.

Issues:
Why limit to the World BlackBerry? Why not other BlackBerry devices?
We want to limit the number of devices.
(There is a tendency of misinterpreting IS&T's support statements.)
