Introduction

IBM SPSS is a statistical analysis software application. It is available to students, faculty, and staff and paid for by MIT.

  • PDP Computer (cre-lab06)

To Get SPSS

  1. Fill out the form on IS&T's Page. They will send you a license key in a day or two, along with a link to download the software for Mac OS X or Windows.
  2. Once the product is downloaded and installed, launch the application and select the right option to Launch License Wizard. Follow the Updating SPSS Licensing Instructions.
    1. If you are using a demo license, from within SPSS, you may click the Help Menu > Search Topics, type license, then go into the licensing wizard to start the licensing wizard and enter the license code provided by IS&T.
