This dashboard is used for finding renovation cost analysis forms. The forms found using the dashboard are pulled from the BI - RCA form report. The BI-RCA form report pulls data from the project details page, and PBAP process.

Why is This Useful

This dashboard provides quick and easy access to condensed versions of RCA forms. Once the dashboard is opened, any RCA form can be found using the search criteria in the filter, as opposed to locating RCA forms individually through the processes. Also, the forms generated with this report are more condensed than the RCA forms found through processes, and have no budget charge lines of zero.

Components

Search Filters

Shown on the top of the dash board. Entering the project name or project number into one of the filters will pull up the desired RCA form. Selecting information from multiple filters simultaneously can result in no data being found.

Summary Data

First half of the RCA form. Shows information on the project details and the estimated budget.

RCA Worksheet

The second half of the RCA form. Shows only line items that have been charged
