This dashboard displays information about a project including schedule information and lists of commitments (PO's) and contracts.

Why is this Useful

In a "one page" view this dashboard displays information from several e-Builder modules. Each panel of the dashboard can be expanded and printed.

Components

1. Search

   
   The search is by project number however the search displays both project number and name.
   
   

2. Project Information

   Information about the project including description, location (Building), status and SAP cost objects.

   Budget, actual costs and the estimate at completion are displayed. If your actual costs exceed your budget the EAC will most likely be incorrect. To get an accurate EAC requires that a project manager maintains an accurate budget and monitors costs.
   
   

3. Commitments/PO;s
   
   This is a list of all commitments for the project including the controlling process, company, current value, aggregate paid and remaining balance.
   
   
4. Contracts
   
   This is a list of contracts that have been written for the project from the 4.04 Issue Contract/PO process. The list includes the controlling process, company, contract file name, contract type and the date of the executed contract return.
   
   
5. Schedule
   
   Displays the schedule information.
