This report is intended for the CC director. It compiles information on the budget and funds for all projects entered in the e-Builder system, and shows how the budget and funds may have changed. Similar versions of this report exist for individual program managers as well. The information on the report is pulled form the project details and cost module. (If you do not see one for yourself, please contact us so we can make one for you.)

Why is This Useful

This report displays information on the current cost and funds available for projects, as well as information on how the budget may have change, and is expected to change.

Components

This report groups the project listed by the designated program manager, and groups the project managers to their respective program manager. For each project, the name is listed, with the original and current budget, commitments, current and projected over/under amount, and available funds.
