Installing

Download Geneious 6.0.6 (R6) here: http://www.geneious.com/previous-versions

DO NOT DOWNLOAD any other versions!

Extract and install Geneious
Yes, install FLEXnet

Open up Geneious and go to the Pro file menu -> Activate Geneious Pro or Plugin

Get license from Eerik.

Click 'Do not upgrade' for any of the popups and go to Tools -> Preferences -> uncheck 'Automatically check for updates'

Connect to a database

Fill in information (leave everything else as default)
Username: (Get from Eerik or Brian)
Password: 'igem2014citrus' without quotes
Host: weisslabdbserver.mit.edu
Database Name: grapefruit
Database Vendor: MySQL
(More Options) Driver: mysql-connector-java-5.1.12-bin.jar

Gibson plugin

Download the plugin: Assembly.gplugin

Double-click to run and install in Geneious.

Not know whether this is the latest version; this version was sent to Eerik by Brian in January 2014.
