This test will test to see if Syk will be properly recruited to the membrane on activation of the BCR.
To test that the circuit is working as expected and see if there is an idea level of Syk for on/off
BCR (CD79A/B, IgM heavy, IgM light), Lyn, Syk-eYFP, (dox support circuitry)

Dox, anti IgM (which forces BCR's to activate)
Cells containing all parts will be put into 2 dox ladders (anti IgM +/-) and look at it with a microscope.
The Syk should be more membrane localized in the IgM+ well than the IgM- well.
