    I've merged the two separate databases, imported the second round of CA transcripts, combined nodes, and cleaned up the names of "internals."

    The next step is for us to code the second round of CA transcripts - 16 files.  You mentioned 6 in your email.  I'll do the  other 10.

    Added a new node under "Governing Institutions"  The node is called "Regulatory Bodies" and is meant to cover the technical certification of the products. 

    3/13 - Scratch the above note.  I merged "regulatory bodies" into "energy markets and regulation."  I forgot that we had the latter code.
