  1. Screw diaphragm into Cup with four grub screws using a 7/64 hex wrench

  2. Integrate T-fitting into the piston with 2x plugs and firebolts. Make sure the T bar is horizontal with respect to the end plate

  3. Screw the Payload bulkhead into the top of the piston using 4x 101/4-32 28 bolts that are 3/8ths long. You need a 3/16ths wrench.

  4. Insert Avionics Bay

  5. Put the coupler over the piston and screw in the lower bulkhead.

  6. Put a nut on one side of the piston rod and screw the piston fully into the diaphragm.

  7. Put a nut on the other side of the diaphragm and counter torque the nuts.

  8. Adjust the piston height so that the piston-cup assembly with bulkheads reach a total of 28 inches tall. It should actually be slightly less, but this is adjusted by trial and error later on in integration.

  9. Put the body tube on over the lower half of the assembly. “Struggle with clocking” - Jakob

  10. Screw in four ½” 8-32 screws.

  11. Screw in the nosecone with the right clocking using four ⅜” 8-32 screws.

  12. Put the mission package assembly on the fin can and secure with 3x 6-32 shear pins.
