Join Jonathan Lehrich on Thursday, April 10, for Managing Up, a dynamic, research- and tools-based seminar, specially adapted from the popular SIP program. You'll explore dangers, compare strategies, and use interactive role-plays to practice techniques that will help you vault ahead. Note: There will be a brief (3-page) case to read in advance.
Managing Up will be offered on Thursday the 10th. Part of MIT Sloan's ongoing series of management skills opportunities, this intensive workshop offers you research, examples, and tools to communicate a charismatic vision. You'll even practice crafting and presenting a vision, with opportunities for feedback and improvement.
