The IS&T O365 representative will work with the each DLC's Administrative Officer or Program Administrator of each DLC to determined the appropriate date and time when the emails of everyone in your the DLC will be migrated and when the cut over from MIT Exchange to O365 Email will happen. On the appropriate date and time of the cut over, they will let the AOs and PAs know it is done. The AOs and PAs will forward this notification to each user in the DLC.
Receiving the notification of cutover to O365 means the email migration has completed and access to the old MIT Exchange Email has been cut off and access to your emails on O365 is online and active.
