The IS&T O365 representative will work with each DLC's Administrative Officer or Program Administrator to determined the date and time when the emails for everyone in the DLC will be migrated from the MIT Exchange servers and when . When the cut over from MIT Exchange to O365 Email will happen . On the appropriate date and time of the cut over, they will let the AOs and PAs know it is done. The AOs and PAs will forward this notification to each user in the DLC.
Receiving the notification of cutover to O365 means the email migration has it is up to each user (with any available local IT help) to delete their email settings and add an Exchange Email account back into the client program, if needed. There will be NO notification from IS&T that the migrations are done or the cutover has happened. It will just happen.

At the cutover date and time the migration will have completed and access to the old MIT Exchange Email has been will be cut off and access to your emails on O365 is online and active.
