  1. Log out of all Apple IDs and Microsoft Online Accounts on your MIT owned computers.
  2. Record all usernames and passwords for your
    1. computer account login
    2. area gmail (or other third party non-MIT Exchange) calendar
    3. database access
    4. file server access
  3. Do not give out your MIT Kerberos password.
  4. Give a copy of the list of passwords in 2 to your supervisor as well as the new employee (if they need it).
  5. Run a final backup of your machine if you're using Time Machine or Windows Backup.
  6. Log into O365 Email and set your auto-responder to let anyone who emails you know that you have left the position and who they should contact going forward.
