For the Software ICD, some typical contents include:- Data Exchange Architecture (e.g., what data does the payload expect? at what frequency does it communicate? does data need to be stored? any security needs? ACK/NACK?)
- Physical Interface (more indepth info about the interface requirements)
- Data Rate of Communication
- Commanding Set (including data packet structure, state machines, failure modes, etc.)
