    • Hi Angelina! Here's some things that are typical:

      • Interface Requirements: UART (RS-422/485/232) or Ethernet
      • Software Interface Control Document: details what is required to implement on Oligo's end in order to command your payload

      For the Software ICD, some typical contents include:
      • Data Exchange Architecture (e.g., what data does the payload expect? at what frequency does it communicate? does data need to be stored? any security needs? ACK/NACK?)
      • Physical Interface (more indepth info about the interface requirements)
      • Data Rate of Communication
      • Commanding Set (including data packet structure, state machines, failure modes, etc.)
      • Expected Telemetry
      • etc.
