1. Background
   • Why do we apply support packs? 
     • HR year end support pack are released at this time an each year and must be applied before the up coming year's Payroll run.
     • This is opportunity to bring other support pack levels up to date
       • SAP recommends that our support pack level be current
     • We become more efficient and more effective organization in testing
