Status of deliverables from August 31 meeting:

• Refresh, snapshot, landscape plan - Ron & Frank (including SH2 plans)
• Business owners - Rita, Mary Ellen, Lee, Frank, Ken
• Detailed project plan - Bart (including enhancement packs)
• Add team to daptiv project - Bart
• Appoint transport manager - Kevin, Bart
• Unit test preparation -
  • 1) Create list of frequently executed transactions - Ron;
  • 2) Following week - list of unit tests & assignments - Functional Leads
• SIT preparation -
  • 1) Complete test catalog of all scripts - complete 9/4.
  • 2) Verify test scenarios include all new, critical functions - destermine target date based on detailed project plan.
  • 3) Review existing scripts for obsolete items to be deleted 4) validate with business.
