For Students
To contact class or section faculty, see Contacting Instructors and TAs. For help with certificates, browsers, plug-ins and helper applications (such as Adobe Acrobat) contact the Computing Help Desk by sending an email or calling 617-253-1101. If you are participating in the Singapore-MIT Alliance, contact sma-help@mit.edu . If you have a problem accessing a class website, keep in mind that Stellar class websites update the official class list daily with data from WebSIS. If WebSIS shows you are registered, allow enough time for the change to appear on your class website. You can also contact an instructor to give you access to a class website.
To make general suggestions, offer criticisms, or request new features, contact Stellar Support.

For Instructors
For help using the Stellar software or general computer assistance, such as using certificates, contact the Computing Help Desk by sending an email or calling 617-253-1101. For information regarding educational technologies, courseware delivery, and project support, contact the Office of Educational Innovation and Technology by sending them an email or calling 617-252-1981. If you are participating in the Singapore-MIT Alliance, click here to send them an email. To request a new Stellar class website, complete the website creation form. To check on a course you already requested, go to class links.
