This is the initial release of firehose. It contains code to reduce echelle mode observations only, although longslit will be ported as well in the near future.
The current release is in beta stage only. Our tests have shown it to be fairly stable and robust to crashing errors. It does not yet produce perfect sky subtraction in the immediate vicinity of the brightest OH lines, although the quality will be good enough for many applications and will certainly be good enough to judge data quality and signal-to-noise ratio of data sets.
