- Feedback on project cost template
- continue to move from a sw dev focus to a standard process for all projects
- one template that all PMs could use, regardless of type of project or cost centers
- PM would like roll up by month and actuals, not just by year
- need to look at rates we are using and make the ore current to reflect true cost (whether for budget or charge back)
- have all FBCs roll out budget template and forecasting for ALL projects (regardless of funding source or cost object)
