Mailbox
Tech Squares has a mailbox on the 4th floor, it's number B28 in the bank of post-office-box-like mailboxes outside of the UA office, within sight of the elevators. Ask an officer for the combo.
We should periodically check the mailbox for mail. But if there's anything important, shoving it in the briefcase to get lost is not the thing to do – that's how we have donation checks floating around that are many years old. Instead throw out anything outdated, put out any flyers that look interesting, and get someone to deal with anything important.
