Design 1
This is the view of candidates. In the left section, the user is able to search for students. The search should update live, with the student names filtering in the bottom list box as the user types more. The user will be able to select the candidate that he wishes to view. Each candidate opens in a new tab on the right. Here, the user can see the candidate's detailed information.
This is the main project view. The user can select which project to view on the left (as well as which to edit). The right side shows relevant candidates to the project, such as those who are interested (self-initiated) or recommended. The user can click on a candidate's name to see more detailed information (such as the candidate view from the previous sketch).
Design 2
This is the main view of the user's positions. On the left, the user can toggle between the information about his various projects. On the right, he can toggle between the different types of candidates. Clicking on one of the candidates will cause a popup to appear with all of the candidate's detailed information.

This is how a user will create a new position. When clicking the "add new position" button on the previous screen, this will pop up (editing the position will bring up the saved data from the position). There are places for him to enter the position name and description. To add a class or skill requirement, all the user has to do is click "add". There will then be another pop-up, complete with an auto complete box that allows the user to quickly input his requirements. When he is done, he can either publish the position or save it for editing later.
