Why can't my students see their grades?
By default this feature is turned off within Gradebook. To display approved assignment grades to students, enable "View approved grades" under Students in Permissions. Likewise, make sure the grades you wish for students to view have been approved. (Students can never view unapproved assignment grades.)
Please note that it is not possible to make Overall Grades (final letter grades) visible to students, as Gradebook Module is not the official system of record for student grades. Overall Grades can be obtained via the Registrar/WebSIS.
When does a grade get released?
In the Gradebook Module, grades are viewable by students when:

Please clear your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, please contact IS&T service desk.
PLEASE NOTE: In some cases, browser plug-ins or anti-virus software can interfere with accessing Learning Modules.
- If you are using any plug-ins, please disable these and see if this fixes your problem.
- IS&T recommends Sophos Anti-Virus. If you are using a different anti-virus software, you may try temporarily disabling it to see if it is affecting your browser.
- There are known compatibility issues with Bullguard anti-virus, and we recommend against using this particular anti-virus software alongside Learning Modules.
