Please clear your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, please contact IS&T service desk.
PLEASE NOTE: In some cases, browser plug-ins or anti-virus software can interfere with accessing Learning Modules.
- If you are using any plug-ins, please disable these and see if this fixes your problem.
- IS&T recommends Sophos Anti-Virus. If you are using a different anti-virus software, you may try temporarily disabling it to see if it is affecting your browser.
There are known compatibility issues with Bullguard anti-virus, and we recommend against using this particular anti-virus software alongside Learning Modules.
