Generally, this note field is labeled as "Intellectual Property Rights," however, an additional note labeled "Conditions Governing Use" may be used in collections where the only item is in when materials in non-text format and it constitutes the entire collection.
Example In cases where there are restrictions on reproduction placed by the donor, use a statement at the collection level description that specifically describes restrictions on reproduction. Additional notes may be placed at the series, folder, or item level.
