- 0 (hopefully by the meeting - there are a bunch to do but they will def be done today) 54 need BAM to assign readers/GAC decision (hope to have these done by this meeting!)
- 140 need GAC to finish reviews/

- Sector meetings being scheduled: BAM remind GAC members of role in mtg. BLW BAM collect from them Meetings top candidates that aren't picked up, and consider them for TAs/Fellowships.USAF academy rankings on wiki…how useful are they really?
- Yield data (survey to faculty) went out from Eytan…suggest follow-up reminder?
- Any comments on the process, suggested changes for the future?
- Reexamine TOEFL policy to exclude students from the requirement who attended University at an English-speaking school
- Examine eliminating Subjects Taken Form in favor of uploaded transcript - require official transcript upon admission. Examine switching from a Dec 15 application and completion deadline to a Dec 1 application deadline and a Dec 15 completion deadline
