Finalized Roll Out Strategy For New Service Offerings

Reviewed next steps:

  • Chris Murphy will initiate demonstration (Step 4 of roll out) to be scheduled for Network Operations and Windows Infrastructure staff for end February
  • Core Remedy team (Garry, Chris Gresham, Dave Soble and Pat) will review current configurations, roles and asset information in preparation for on boarding additional services 2/25
  • Sponsor meeting 2/27
  • Tim will initiate demonstration (Step 4) to be scheduled for Merchant Services for first week of March
  • Pat will initiate demonstration (Step 4) to be scheduled for RAFT early March (after their next sprint)
