- A faculty member may assign an "O" if a student does not complete the course but had not earned an "F." An example would be if someone missed a final due to illness or could not complete a final project due to some unforeseen circumstance.
- A faculty can also assign an incomplete under the above circumstances.
- Once an "O" grade has been assigned, the student must petition for an "OX," which is essentially OGE approval of the "O" grade and the circumstances unser which it was assigned.
- Once the student's grade has been switched to "OX" and the student has completed any missing work, the grade can be updates.
Entering grade for student who has not attended the course
- If a student is on your grade sheet but has either never attend the course or stopped coming in the early weeks, you can enter a grade of "F." This will open a pop-up asking if the student attend the course. Enter "no."
